Puja (Ute Neumann-Pampus) started with Meditation when she was still at school in Germany. Qualified as a primary (and secondary) school teacher she worked as a teacher in schools in Germany, Denmark and Korea.

She discovered Yoga when living in Korea. In England it became part of her life, a tool on her journey. Although first introduced to more Iyengar orientated Yoga and her qualifying as BWY Yoga teacher in 2005, she has moved since her Foundation Course in 2002 with Vedanta (Veronica Burningham) more and more into the Satyananda Tradition.

“Yoga for Children” with Vedanta in 2005 and the Yoga Nidra Course with Swami Pragyamurti in 2006 and the Integration Course with Swami Vedantananda in 2007 mark some of the steps. The deep but subtle teachings of the Bihar School, the experiences of the benefits of yoga for body mind and spirit and her experiences with Yoga as a tool on the journey characterize her classes.
