Information for non-residents

You have been directed to this page because, either you or one of your party will be a day visitor to the event, attending on one or more days.

The event is being held at:

Harrogate Ladies’ College, Clarence Drive, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG1 2QG (see map)

As parking is limited at and around the college, please consider using public transport or car sharing where possible. (see public Transport)

What to do if you do bring a car:
There is limited "free" on street parking in the vicinity of "Harrogate Ladies College", mainly in the vicinity of Clarence Drive, Kent Drive and Duchy Road. Other parking is time limited disc parking or in public car parks. The main entrance is off Clarence Drive.

Arrival times:

Thursday: 10:00 to 19.15

Other days: 06:00 to 06:20 AND 08:00 to 08.45

On arrival, please follow the yellow signs to the "information point" in Reception. The 'Welcome and Registration' for day people will be stationed nearby. This will be manned during the above times. If you will not be arriving between these times please email yorkshire@swan2009.co.uk

Meal arrangements for day people:
There will be a tea stall at meal times where you can also eat your own food.
On Friday and Saturday a vegetarian cooked meal will be available to buy in St. Wilfred’s Church on Duchy Road at 18:00. Ask at the information point for further details.
