Residential Bodington Hall 15th

You have been directed to this page because, either you or one of your party will be staying at HLC on the 15th & moving to Bodington Hall on the 16th.
HLC is made up of the following buildings: Clarence House, Lancaster House, Lincoln House, Oakdale House, Tower House

BODINGTON HALL accommodation is not available until the evening of Thursday 16th(after the main evening session). You will be temporarily accommodated at Harrogate Ladies College (HLC).

The event is being held at:

Harrogate Ladies’ College, Clarence Drive, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG1 2QG (map)

Arrival and Registration:
Will be at Harrogate Ladies College 14:00 to 21:30 During this time the information point in reception will be manned, to help you settle into "Harrogate Ladies College" (HLC)

Arriving by car:

You can park on the roads near the main entrance on Clarence Drive. Follow the yellow signs to the information point in Reception and check the location of your accommodation; they will also advise you on where to park your car.

As parking is limited at and around the collage, please consider using public transport or car sharing where possible. (see public Transport)

Arriving by taxi/walking:

On your arrival, follow the yellow signs to the "information point" in Reception, and they will direct you to your accommodation at HLC.

Registration:
Registration for residential people will take place at your HLC accommodation.

Thursday:
Breakfast on Thursday will be provided in your accommodation kitchens (self-service). Please leave the kitchens clean & tidy. Please try to clear your room by 10:00 as we will need to get it ready for the next arrivals. Please take the sheets off your bed when you vacate the room. If you are using the free bus after the main event to travel to Bodington Hall we will arrange for a room to be set aside for your luggage.
